Cashew Cookies

Ingredients

Maida - 2 ½ Cups

Besan - ½ Cup

Baking powder - 1 Tea spoon

Ghee or Vanaspati - 1 Cup

Powdered sugar - 1 Cup

Cashew nuts - 4 Table sps (Minced)

Cardamom Spice Drop™ - 7 drops or

Ginger Spice Drop™ - 4 drops

Method

  • Sift maida with besan and baking powder.

  • Beat ghee & sugar together till light and fluffy.

  • Add the sifted ingredients, cashew nuts and Spice Drop™

  • Knead very well. Form into lime size balls and flattens slightly.

  • Place on a greased baking tray.

  • Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 15 – 20 minutes.

  • Cool completely and store in an air tight container.
